Volosatov Valerij Ivanovich
Former director of the Karachev “Electrodetal” plant, general director of the “Desna” Production Association.
Since 1982 is engaged in fundamental researches in the field of structure and evolution of etheric matter of the Universe, and what technologies can be obtained on the basis of this knowledge.
At different times the following works were written and published under the general title “Physics of ether”:
“Some Laws of the Evolution of Matter” Part 1;
“Antigravity is the cause of the Evolution of the Universe” Part 2;
“How the Universe Works” Part 3;
“The Big Bang” never happened. Part 4;
Separate work: “Physical Foundations of Vortex Energy” Part 1.
This book articulates over a hundred alleged discoveries based on knowledge of ether matter.
The ancient atomists asserted that “everything consists of absolute emptiness and indivisible particles-“atoms”. After much thought, I came to the conclusion that they were absolutely right. All the diversity of the material world of the universe can be explained precisely by this. Since elements of Mendeleev’s Periodic Table are called “atoms” now, I had to give these indivisible particles the name of “particles of pramattera” or simply “prama”.
Absolute emptiness is the total absence of any medium. It is the infinite space of the megauniverse. Pram particles are similar in size to infinitesimally small structures, but have special physical properties. These properties make them carriers of information, energy, various mass interactions, and inertia properties. All these properties are realized only in vortex processes of these particles. As a result, absolutely all matter of the universe is a combination of the smallest particles of pram and represents energy in its purest form. Different types of such energy are not evenly distributed in the space of the megauniverse. The interuniverse spaces are filled with the most energetic, less dense and unconnected particles of pram, and in the centers of masses there are more dense material formations concentrated to a great extent which have already lost energy and are connected to each other.
The absolute emptiness of space is the receptacle of all energy processes within this space. As a result, everything material that surrounds us is just a kind of energy. The whole Universe is an organized set of different kinds of energy inside different sized space particles. A particle is understood as a constituent part of an atom, as well as individual atoms, planets, star systems, galaxies, the universe, etc. The attributes of particles are the difference between the properties of matter inside this particle and the properties of matter in its environment. Each large particle is a vortex of smaller particles.
Each individual complex particle is in equilibrium state in the absolute emptiness of space and does not disintegrate into smaller fragments due to the presence of antigravity pressure from interaction processes between the particles of the surrounding space. If the value of antigravity pressure changes, the state of complex particles changes as well. Everything in the Universe is interconnected and interdependent.
On the basis of the above-mentioned provisions a completely different general picture of construction of matter itself and the whole Universe is formed. If you control the value of antigravity, you can solve many pressing earthly problems of modern civilization. What and how can be solved in our time?
Understanding the physical nature of basic interactions will allow:
– A. To control gravitational processes. Create flying vehicles based on new physical principles of the “viman” type. They will be able to fly both in the Earth’s atmosphere and in outer space without using jet engines and rocket fuel
– B. Obtain clean energy directly from outer space in any quantity
– C. Obtain various complex elements from simple ones by cold fusion
– D. Control the speed and direction of radioactive processes. This will allow to recycle all kinds of waste, including radioactive waste, to the state of pure elements in Mendeleev’s table
– E. To solve the problem of obtaining a sufficient amount of pure water from the surrounding environment, even in deserts and outer space
– F. Halt or fully stop the global warming of the planet’s climate. Reduce the number of catastrophic earthquakes and dangerous tsunamis. Prevent supervolcano explosions.
– G. Create technologies to obtain almost any information directly from outer space and much more.
– H. To learn the technology of polygonal masonry made of magalite.
The most energetic particles of matter, the pramas, are located in interuniverse and intergalactic spaces. As they lose energy, they gradually create flows of unbound particles of prama matter toward the centers of mass. These flows cause gravitational and other physical interactions. Thanks to them fibrous etheric and hydrogen-dust structures are created in cosmic space. Other material structures of the universes are formed from them.
Model of a vortex machine simulating cosmic processes occurring in the interaction between large stars or black holes.
When creating a powerful machine based on these principles, it will be possible to:
a) Synthesize hydrogen from the space surrounding the Earth;
b) Obtain sufficient quantities of clean, potable water;
c) Obtain clean energy from space;
d) Use it as a tool to control the Earth’s climate.
The model of an antigravity machine consisting of disks with strong permanent magnets. When the disks rotate in opposite directions, an antigravity effect occurs.
Application of such principles of motion will make it possible to create:
a) Aircraft on new physical principles capable of flying in near-Earth and outer Space not with complex spiral trajectories of orbits, but directly along the ray of vision;
b) Significantly reduce fuel consumption for such flights;
c) Solve the problem of heavy cargo transportation.
